- for experiments on Tadjakonine local anesthetic activity: 0.25-0.5 % aqueous solution; - for in vitro experiments: 10-9-10-8 M; - to prepare a 1 % aqueous solution of Tadjakonine: dissolve 20 mg of Tadjakonine in 0.3 ml 3 % HCl. Then, dilute this solution in water up to obtaining 2 ml of total solution. Store at +4°C, in dark place. |
