It is a stong antiarrhythmic and a local anesthetic as potent as Cocaine.

- for experiments on Tadjakonine local anesthetic activity: 0.25-0.5 % aqueous solution;

- for in vitro experiments: 10^-9-10^-8 M;

- to prepare a 1 % aqueous solution of Tadjakonine: dissolve 20 mg of Tadjakonine in 0.3 ml 3 % HCl. Then, dilute this solution in water up to obtaining 2 ml of total solution.
