| Biological activity | 100-300 mg/kg (p.o.) inhibit motor-activity, decrease the excitatory action of Phenamine and Caffeine, decrease the convulsant action of Corazole and Strychnine, increase the action of soporifics, lower the body temperature and inhibit provoked aggressiveness. Its estrogenic activity is effective at 30-50 mg/kg during 3 days. |
