Biological activity | 3-beta-Chloro-Imperialine, a medium-lasting cholinoblocker of M2 receptors, blocks M2 receptors in the heart at 10 μg/kg (i.v.). 3-beta-Chloro-Imperialine's activity is 10 times higher than that of Imperialine. |
