| Biological activity | SNX482 blocks vertebrate P/Q-type (Cav2.1/CACNA1A) and R-type (Cav2.3/CACNA1E) voltage-gated calcium channels. Also inhibits sodium channels (Nav) in bovine chromaffin cells by delaying sodium channel inactivation. SNX-482�acts rapidly and maintains its effect. |
